“I had an very nice dining experience at the Krystal Grand Cancun. The Italian restaurant, Rissito, was by far my favorite. The food was flavorful and authentically prepared, and Miguel came with attentive service, made our meal even more special. “My stay in the room was very pleasant. It was spacious and meticulously clean, featuring a fine beach view from the 8th floor. I appreciated the convenience of having my room key integrated into the wristband I received at check-in. “While I didn't get to utilize the Infinity Pool due to the access restrictions, I still found the pool area very inviting and aesthetic. The overall ambiance was perfect for unwinding, and I especially enjoyed lounging by the pools, even though I opted not to swim as the water was a bit too cold for my taste.
